How does resume matching work?

Create an account, approve resume processing, and upload your resume. StillNotHired extracts a profile you can edit, then uses your experience, preferred roles, and location preferences to suggest jobs and recruiters. Match scores are relevance estimates; check the original job source before applying.

Can I contact a recruiter from StillNotHired?

You can prepare and personalize a message for a selected recruiter. Where available, connect Gmail or Microsoft email to send a message you review and approve. For LinkedIn, copy your message and contact the recruiter manually. Nothing is sent from the landing-page demo.

Is this only for software engineers?

No. Your profile and search preferences guide the results across professions. Job and recruiter coverage depends on available sources, location, and current openings. You can search local, hybrid, or remote opportunities where sources are available.

Is my resume public?

Your uploaded resume is stored privately and processed with your consent, including by the configured AI provider. You decide which recruiter receives it when you authorize an email with an attachment. You can export account information, withdraw future resume-processing consent, or delete your data in Settings.
